401k
We want to help you prepare for your future while you are here with us. We do this by contributing to your 401k. Employees who have been with the company for at least a year are automatically enrolled into our 401k plan with an employee contribution of 3% of pay this will increase 1% each year after year We match this 3% at 100% and 50% of the next 2%……that is free money that we give to you just to say thank you and we appreciate your employment with the company. So, for every $100 that you make you will contribute $3, and we will match that $3. If you make at least $15/hr and contribute at the rate of 3% that would be almost $1,000 per year that we match and contribute towards your 401k. If you do not wish to participate in the 401k plan or you want to increase your contribution amounts, you will need to contact the HR Department and we will direct you to the website to opt out or decline enrollment.
Live on Site
We do offer employees the option to live on site at a discounted rate. This discount is available once the 90-day probationary period is completed. Part-time employees are not eligible for the employee rent discount. Please be aware that some properties are not eligible for the employee discount. Availability is limited based on the size of the property. All requests to live on site must be approved by the District Manager/Regional Manager for that property. HR must be notified immediately if an employee is approved to move on site. HR will create an Employee Lease Addendum to be signed that details the terms and conditions of the addendum. Employees may request a copy of their employee lease addendum at any time.

Insurance
We want you and your family to be healthy and taken care of that is why we offer a full suite of benefits. On the first day after the month where you have been employed for 60 days you become eligible to enroll in these benefits. Benefits will start at the first of the next month after the 60 day period. Benefits offered are Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Voluntary Life, and Basic Life. We also offer Legal and ID shield. Employer contributions to medical is outlined in our benefits portal. We also pay for employee Dental, Vision, and a $25k Basic Life Insurance Policy.
