Capstone Multi-family Group has been managing a variety of properties since 2009 and has significantly grown since then. Family owned and operated, we pride ourselves on our customer service and treating our employees and clients like family too.
About our CEO
Tony is the Chief Executive Officer of MACC Venture Partners and Capstone Multifamily Group. His focus is on acquisitions, repositioning, and management of all real estate holdings and projects. Tony manages and oversees the complete process of identifying, analyzing, acquiring, managing, marketing, and syndicating all properties. Tony started in Real Estate in 2003 and has a history of success as an entrepreneur.
Tony attended North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina in Charlotte where he studied Electrical Engineering, Analysis & Design (EAD).
Director of Internal Operations
Chrissy Azar is the Director of Internal Operations; she oversees all property accounting, finances, employee benefits and relations. Since joining the company in 2013, she has aided in multiple property takeovers as the company expanded its territory outside of NC into GA, TN, and SC. She works closely with vendors, banking institutions, and lenders throughout the hold of the properties to ensure operating and reserve accounts are following budget projections. She is also on the executive committee for all Capstone Multifamily Group acquisitions, inspections and audits.
Chrissy attended Belmont Abbey College where she received her bachelor’s degree in 2013. In 2015, Chrissy became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker for Century 21 Capstone Commercial Group, a subsidiary of Capstone Multi-Family Group. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Broker-in-Charge designation to further her real estate knowledge.
Director of Asset Management
Ashley Adams is the Director of Asset Management, she oversees Capstone Multifamily Group’s entire management portfolio, working directly with the company’s regional and district managers so implement policies and procedures that continue to drive NOI’s and minimize property vacancy exposures. Ashley is certified in fair housing and specializes in repositioning properties by implementing interior and exterior property renovation plans that are established during each properties underwriting process.
Before her career in real estate, Ashley attended Belmont Abbey College and worked 5 years in the customer service industry. She currently resides in Gastonia, NC with her three children and has recently explored her passion for herpetology, more specifically of the Python Regius species.
